A 1.8-metre-high acoustic barrier shall be erected at the northern boundary of the site as shown in orange in Document Boundary Treatments, being solid, imperforate and of surface mass 25kg/sqm. 4. A 1.8-metre high brickwork perimeter wall to the entire north/west boundary of the site, being solid and imperforate and as shown in red in Document (Boundary Treatments). 5. A commissioning report demonstrating compliance with the above conditions shall be submitted for approval to the LPA, prior to first occupation of the respective dwellings, and occupation shall not be permitted until such report is approved. | 2025-06-21 |
