Within 12 months from the expiry of this permission, or within 12 months of the site ceasing to be used, a detailed decommissioning strategy shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This strategy shall identify the trigger point(s) for decommissioning the site at which time the site shall be restored to its previous state as agricultural land.
