| Description | The Battery Storage Facility shall be permitted for an operational life of 35 years only. Within 12 months from the expiry of this permission, or within 12 months of the site ceasing to be used, a detailed decommissioning strategy shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This strategy shall identify the trigger point(s) for decommissioning the site at which time the site shall be restored to its previous state as agricultural land. Decommissioning and restoration of the site shall thereafter be carried out and completed in full accordance with the details approved under this condition within 12 months of the expiry of the 35-year operational life following the date of this permission. | Facts |
