The site is in the ownership of Adur District Council and has been considered as part of a review of the use of space on Council owned estates. A planning application was submitted in August 2023 for 5 new homes (AWDM/1116/23). The planning application was withdrawn on 18th October 2023.. SHLAA Ref: ADC/171/21 2025-02-14
