| Description | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted flood risk assessment by RPS Group referenced HLEF83573 (version 5) dated 21 November 2023, and the following mitigation measures it details: There shall be no land raising as part of the proposals Flood waters will be allowed to flow through the solar farm and across the site Flood resilience construction materials These mitigation measures shall be fully implemented prior to the first export or storage of energy and subsequently in accordance with the scheme's timing/ phasing arrangements.
