| Description | Unless otherwise approved in writing by the Mineral Planning Authority, exceptionally noisy operations (as defined in the NPPF) such as soil stripping and replacement and baffle mound formation and removal shall be restricted to a maximum of eight weeks in any one year and shall be carried out only between the hours of: 0830 - 1730 hrs Mondays to Fridays 0930 - 1300 hrs Saturdays and at no time on Sundays or Bank Holidays or Public Holidays. Prior to such exceptionally noisy operations taking place the Mineral Planning Authority shall be notified in writing at least 2 days prior to such operations taking place. | Facts |
