Reason	This condition is to ensure that local amenity and highway safety is protected as required by Policy 13 of the Local Plan. The condition is required to be satisfied prior to the commencement of development to ensure satisfactory controls are in place from the outset.	Facts
Description	No development shall take place, including any works of demolition, until a Construction Traffic Management Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved statement shall be adhered to throughout the construction period and shall provide for the following and answered in the order they are written below, for ease of checking, with additional information appended at the end: i. The site compound and parking of vehicles for site operatives and visitors ii. Identification of agreed access points and routing from the Classified Road network iii. Timings, volumes and types of construction/delivery vehicles (incl abnormal loads with swept path analysis) iv. Contract duration v. The areas for loading and unloading of plant and materials. vi. Storage of plant and materials used in constructing the development. vii. The location, erection and maintenance of any security hoarding to be installed. viii. Wheel washing facilities (location and type) ix. Measures to control noise and the emission of dust and dirt during construction. x. Temporary signage on the adopted highway	Facts
