| Description | Within two months of the commencement of development, an ecological enhancement plan shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval in writing. This plan shall include details of the following measures, all of which shall be implemented prior to the first occupation of the site or an alternative timescale to be approved in writing with the local planning authority: Photographic evidence of implementation must be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. 1 x bat box of the Vivaro Pro Build-In Bat Tube type or similar to be located in accordance with instructions from a suitably qualified ecologist. 1x swift box of the integrated WoodStone type or similar to be located in accordance with instructions from a suitably qualified ecologist.
