| Description | Upon the commencement of development, the development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed Habitat Management and Maintenance Plan (HMMP) prepared by Ecus ltd. Monitoring reports shall be provided to the Local Planning Authority by the end of years 1,2,5,10,20, and 30 of the monitoring period. The HMMP shall be implemented in full and any subsequent changes to management as a result of findings from the monitoring shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. | Facts |
