Description | Within 3 months of the date of this approval, a scheme for brick slips to be applied to the publicly visible walls of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The brick slips shall be the same as, or of a similar character and appearance, to those on the house or boundary wall and shall be bonded and pointed to materials of the same type and colour. Such a scheme shall include details of the extent of the walls to be covered, details or samples of the brick slips to be used to cover the walls and a timetable to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority for the implementation of the works. | Facts |
