Description {\b Replacement tree planting required} Following the felling of the multi-stem Ash tree authorised by this consent, two replacement trees shall be planted on the site. The replacement trees shall be either Tilia cordata, Prunus avium or Sorbus torminalis, unless as may be specifically approved otherwise by the Local Planning Authority, and of minimum 'Heavy Standard' size in accordance with BS 3936-1:1992 Nursery stock — Part 1: Specification for trees and shrubs. The replacement trees shall be planted in the same position of the felled trees, be staked and mulched to a 50cm/500mm radius and between 50mm-75mm depth and during the first planting season following the date of felling. {\b The Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 days of the planting of the trees}.
