Description The erection of any building to be used for the production of poultry (which word is, for the avoidance of doubt, expressed to include turkeys) including the breeding, hatching, sexing, rearing, killing, plucking or dressing of poultry or the keeping of poultry for the production of eggs where the ground area covered by such building exceeds 500 square feet either by itself or after the addition thereto of the ground area covered by any existing building or buildings (other than a dwellinghouse) erected on the same agricultural unit or in course of erection within the preceding two years being development comprised within Class VI referred to in the First Schedule to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class.
