Notes To deliver the requirements of the London Plan (2011), the quantity of housing to be planned for and delivered through the Harrow LDF between 2009/10 and 2025/26 is a minimum of 6,050. This is based on the sum of 800 dwellings for the period 2009/10 to 2010/11 and 5,250 dwellings for the period 2011/12 to 2025/26. However this has been superseded by the 2021 London Plan which sets a ten year housing target for Harrow of 8,020 homes at an average of 802 homes per annum. Facts
