Notes This site lies within the Shoreham Harbour Regeneration Area identified as a broad location for change. The regeneration of Shoreham Harbour has been a long term aspiration and and the redevelopment of the Western Harbour Arm is recognised as a priority for the Shoreham Harbour Partnership. The principle of redeveloping this site for a residential use is consistent with Joint Area Action Plan policies. A planning application (AWDM/0886/23) for 62 residential units was submitted in July 2023 and received approval at Adur Planning Committee on 4th December 2023 subject to S.106. At the time of publishing the Brownfield Register (1st April 2024), the S.106 has yet to be signed.. Demolition of existing warehouse and erection of an 8 storey building and basement, comprising 62 residential units (Class C3) and commercial floor space (Class E), with associated basement parking, access, and landscaping..
