Originally occupied by a Tesco foodstore, this was demolished a number of years ago, the remainder being existing a car park and area of vacant land. Redevelopment to provide a mixed-use scheme has been the preferred option for the future of the site. The residential element is included in phase-b, but the proposal has been reduced to 4 apartments (18/01658/REM).
