Notes | Vacant Grade II listed building and associated land. The was originally a social club but which has been utilised for a wide range of uses since, including as a museum, function room, auction rooms and residential accommodation. Potential for a sensitive conversion scheme of the main building to bring it back into residential use. There is large parcel of vacant land to the rear that could provide opportunity for additional new-build development.
