| Description | Article 4 Direction: Godalming Station Commercial Area and The Old Mill Business Park, Godalming (A4D-31) was made by Waverley Borough Council on 2 August 2022 under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. The Direction for the Godalming Station Commercial Area withdrew rights under Part 3 for changes of use to residential (Class C3) from offices (B1a); from storage and distribution (B8); from light industrial (B1c); and from commercial, business and service uses (Class E).
