| Description | Article 4 Direction: Land at Loxwood Road, Alfold (A4D-25) was made by Waverley Borough Council on 2 December 2005 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995. Two linked Directions were issued covering a broad range of permitted development rights. The first Direction withdrew rights for the use of land as a caravan site and for site licence works, agricultural operations on holdings under 5 hectares, forestry buildings and operations, repairs to unadopted streets and private ways, and the recreational use of land by organisations including tents. Both Directions were time-limited, taking effect on 23 June 2006 and remaining in force until 23 December 2006, unless extended or modified by further approval. | Facts |
