Description Article 4 Direction: Land to the East of Plaistow Road, Dunsfold (A4D-23) was made by Waverley Borough Council on 4 November 2005 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995. The Direction removed permitted development rights for boundary treatments such as gates, fences and walls, the formation of new accesses to highways, temporary buildings and structures linked to operations, and temporary land uses for up to 28 days a year including markets and motor sports. The Direction was time-limited and remained in force until 2 June 2006 unless extended or confirmed by the Secretary of State. Facts
