| Description | Article 4 Direction: Land at Cotton Farm, Holmbury St. Mary, Ewhurst (A4D-19) was introduced by Waverley Borough Council on 28 August 1998 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995. The Direction removed permitted development rights for several categories: the erection or alteration of gates, fences, and walls (Part 2), the formation of new accesses to highways (Part 2), the provision of temporary buildings or structures linked to operations (Part 4), and the temporary use of land for up to 28 days in a year, including markets and motor sports (Part 4).
