Description Article 4 Direction: Land at 70 Middle Bourne Lane, Farnham (A4D-08) was introduced by Farnham Urban District Council on 23 February 1966 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1963. The Direction removed permitted development rights under Class I, which would otherwise have allowed the erection or alteration of incidental buildings and enclosures within the curtilage of the dwellinghouse, such as sheds, poultry houses, or other small structures for domestic use. By withdrawing these rights, the Council ensured that even minor outbuildings and enclosures at the property required planning permission. Facts
