| Description | Article 4 Direction: Munstead Oaks, Brighton Road, Godalming (A4D-05) was introduced by Hambledon Rural District Council in 1960 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1950. The Direction removed permitted development rights under Class IV – Temporary use of land (4B), which would otherwise have allowed the land to be used for up to twenty-eight days in total in any calendar year for the taking off and landing of aircraft.
