It shall thereafter be maintained by the site owner for a period of five years. Any tree or shrub planted in accordance with the scheme which becomes damaged or diseased or dies or is removed within the five years shall be replaced during the next planting season. Any staking, tying, weeding, watering and other action deemed necessary by the Local Planning Authority shall be carried out by the owner in accordance with the Authority's publication 'Landscape Specification in Relation to Development Sites'. | 2025-06-21 |
