The approved scheme shall be installed and be fully operational when the use commences. All equipment installed as part of the scheme shall thereafter be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The extraction/ventilation system shall be so designed as to ensure that the rating level of noise from its operation does not cause adverse impact (when assessed using BS4142: 2014 +A1: 2019 methodology) to nearby residents.
