The frequency of the visits shall be initially every quarter for the first year of operations and following the visits, a report shall be prepared and submitted to the Mineral Planning Authority within 1 month of the visit being undertaken. For the remaining years of the quarry operation the frequency of 'no-notice' visits shall be determined by the Mineral Planning Authority. | 2025-06-21 |
