Finished floor levels shall be set no lower than 3.1 metres above Ordnance Datum (AOD) as per section 5.5 of the FRA Flood resilience measures should be incorporated into the development as detailed within Section 5.5 of the FRA. These mitigation measures shall be fully implemented prior to occupation and subsequently in accordance with the scheme's timing/phasing arrangements.
