A scheme of fencing shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority which shall comply with B.S. Specification No. 5837 'Trees in relation to Construction (1991)', with the Council's 'Code of Practice in Relation to Trees on Development Sites' and with the Council's illustrated guidelines 'Protection of Trees on Development Sites'.
