EWE Associates Ltd, Revision B, dated 03/10/2023) and the following mitigation measures it details: - Finished floor levels of the converted garage/store shall be set no lower than 5.9 metres above Ordnance Datum (AOD); - Flood resistance and resilience measures shall be installed as per pages 20-22 of the approved Flood Risk Assessment. These mitigation measures shall be fully implemented prior to occupation and subsequently in accordance with the scheme's timing/ phasing arrangements.
