The sample panel shall show the type of brick, bonding/pattern/modelling and mortar colour. Bricks and mortar shall be of a similar colour/texture to the existing Learhart extension unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Sample of bricks including 'specials' to be used in the splayed 'buttresses' to be provided on site prior to the building of any sample panel.
