The local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 working days of completion of the landscape works to the required standard and the completion shall be subsequently approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority}. The approved scheme shall be maintained for a minimum of five years in accordance with BS 8545:2014 Trees: from nursery to independence in the landscape - Recommendations and good horticultural practice.
