Works began in 2016. During 2018/19, 6 of the flats were completed, leaving just the last unit outstanding. The final plot was commenced at the same time as the rest of the scheme but has not been finished. Whilst the permission will not lapse, and the theoretical capacity from the extant planning permission remains, the future delivery of all outstanding units is currently discounted.
