More recently, a revised application for demolition and construction of 7 dwellings was permitted in 2020 (19/0229//FUL). It is understood that a developer had been secured to deliver the scheme. Despite this, once again the permission lapsed due to non-implementation. It is understood that the landowner is still looking to progress development and a revised proposal will be submitted in due course. Delivery is currently forecast for the medium-term (6 to 10 years). The site is also allocated for residential development in the Northumberland Local Plan (2022). 2025-12-16
