The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2017 reclassified Drinking Establishments to a Sui Generis Use (A use which does not fall within a specified use as identified within The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended). As a result of this change in 2017 any Change of Use of the premises would require the benefit of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. 2014-12-24
