The site is an allocation in the adopted Worthing Local Plan for residential use with an indicative capacity for 100 dwellings as a minimum. This is a Council owned site and Council is currently marketing the entire site for development. As at 01/04/2024 information indicated that a land deal with national housebuilder was close to completion. A wider site is expected to deliver a minimum of 100 units.
