This site is included in the Council's Site Specific Part 2 Local Plan (Publication Plan) under Policy KET1 (Scott Road Garages). This document was adopted on 1st December 2021, a capacity of up to 22 dwellings is assumed here through this. Development of the site is expected to commence and be complete in 2021/22. Development on the site has commenced on the site as recorded in March 2022, through the annual monitoring of housing sites. It is anticipated that the site will be completed during the 22/23 monitoring year, as the site is currently under construction. Site completed during the 22/23 monitoring year as anticipated.
