A pre-app was submitted in April 2022 to discuss the construction of a mixed use development including 24 self-contained residential apartments. The officer's opinion indicated that the principle of the development was not objected to but the 24 apartments would constitute overdevelopment of the site. A full application (23/01946/FUL) for 26 units was refused in December 2023 and subsequently dismissed at appeal in November 2024.
