Building a Better Harrow Regeneration site: The South Harrow estate was built in 1968 and is one of the last remaining examples of a construction type that uses fibreglass panels for external walls. The regeneration project will see 225 failing flats together with 47 other flats and bungalows replaced with around 545 mixed tenure homes.
