The boundary for this site has been altered in the 2022 BLR update, a piece of the BLR site previously fell within an area designated for formal sports use. A planning application (22/00686/FL) was submitted in September 2022 for 36 no. dwellings, this application is currently being assessed. The site was previously used as the Gladys Buxton Adult Community Education Centre, the education centre however was demolished in 2019 (19/00070/DEM); and the site was put under offer in summer 2019.
