This application was refused but an appeal on the site was successful and therefore obtained outline planning permission in December 2017 (APP/L2820/W/16/3162430). A reserved matters application for 255 dwellings (NK/2021/0372) was received in April 2021 and is yet to be determined. This document was adopted on 1st December 2021, a capacity of 304 dwellings is assumed here through this. The site is due to commence in 2025/26. 2024-04-01
