January 2024 - a prior notification application was submitted to convert part of the ground floor into 4 units. It was determinted that prior approval was not required and therefore the scheme was considered accetable within the definition of the legislation, in this case Class MA of Schedule 2, Part 3 of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, that governs permitted development and prior approvals. Under the legislation, development must be completed within three years of the date of permission.
