Site has been identified for potential mixed-use scheme, largely brownfield and at edge of settlement. Application previously submitted for 15 units. SHLAA site mixed, being mostly brownfield in nature, and although there is an element of greenfield land the reduced yield indicated recognises brownfield aspect (0.51ha).
