Value	Prior to the construction of any dwellings within each phase of the development, a scheme for additional ventilation/glazing and acoustic fencing within that phase, based on the recommendations of the submitted noise survey (Table 4.3 of the WYG noise report Ref: A108704, dated 15th October 2018) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Implementation of the approved scheme shall take place prior to the occupation of any houses within that phase.
