Permission granted for project to alter and convert the vacant building to 14 residential apartments (16/00503/FUL). Subsequent application permitted for loft conversion to provide another apartment (17/03717/FUL). Further amendment was then made to alter the proposals for the ground floor, leading to 1 fewer dwellings being provided (18/03633/VARYCO). Therefore, changes increased the overall yield, before reducing it once again to the original 14 flats. Conversion works now underway and forecast for completion within the next 5 years.
