Largely brownfield site with small element of greenfield land. Overall SHLAA site mixed but reduced yield indicated recognises brownfield land (0.24ha) . Brownfield element considered to be suitable for small scale development of 6 units. Application for single dwelling permitted but it is considered that further potential may remain.
