Before the first occupation of the extension hereby permitted, the ground floor level Left Side Elevation Utility Room window, as indicated on the approved plans shall be permanently obscure glazed to a level of obscurity to Pilkington level 3 or above or its technical equivalent by other manufactures and shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter, unless otherwise approved in writing by the local planning authority.
