Prior to the commencement of development, details of a trespass proof fence adjacent to Network Rail's boundary (minimum 1.8m high) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, along with details for its future maintenance and renewal. Network Rail's existing fencing / wall must not be removed or damaged. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and maintained thereafter. The existing fence erected by Network Rail should not be altered or moved in any way and nothing should be put in place to prevent Network Rail from maintaining their boundary.fence.
