The boundary for this site has been altered in the 2022 BLR update to exclude a 0.35ha area that falls within a site designated for formal sports use in the Council's Local Plan and is not brownfield land. A planning application (22/00686/FL) was submitted in September 2022 for 36 no. dwellings, this application is currently being assessed. The site was previously used as the Gladys Buxton Adult Community Education Centre, which was demolished in 2019 (19/00070/DEM).
