Identified for demolition and redevelopment a number of years ago. Initial permission was granted for 8 flats following clearance of the site (06/00263/FUL). This was then superseded by a revised proposal for construction of 6 dwellings (07/00412/FUL). Development largely completed some time ago, although 1 dwelling has yet to be built. Permission for this outstanding unit will not lapse, although this is not currently considered deliverable.
