Before the development is brought into use, that part of the site to be used by vehicles shall be surfaced, drained and where necessary marked out in a manner to be approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details shall include the method of demolition to the existing outbuilding and how the site would be made good, including to any boundary walls. The plans shall also indicate the required visibility splays on the plans. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details.
