Allocation Policy SP40 in the Site Allocations and Policies (incorporating IP-One Area Action Plan) Development Plan Document (March 2022). Mixed use allocation with the primary use being high density residential development - indicative capacity 86 dwellings. Other allocated uses are office, leisure or small scale retail. This site is considered sensitive and therefore may be unsuitable for any future consideration for inclusion on Part 2 of the Register. The site has high potential for archaeological remains of national significance. It contains the Grade II Listed 1-5 College Street and adjoins the grade 1 listed and Scheduled Monument Wolsey’s Gate.
